SOUTH GIRONDE Cabinet
From the moment you arrive, you'll be immersed in a warm and soothing atmosphere, where nature invites itself inside. Thanks to large bay windows and an unobstructed view of a green setting, each session becomes a true moment of physical and mental reconnection.
A global approach to the body
I practice gentle manual osteotherapy, supplemented by traditional bone-setting techniques, to relieve pain, release tension and restore your natural balance.
My areas of expertise:
Joint and muscle pain
Back pain, neck pain, lower back pain
Chronic fatigue, stress, sleep disorders
Supporting the body through the stages of life (sport, pregnancy, age, etc.)
Each session is personalized and adapted to your needs, with kindness and attentiveness.

My approach is manual, intuitive and respectful , combining traditional bone-setting techniques with those of modern osteotherapy. Here, I mainly work on the upper back and trapezius muscles, areas often tensed by stress or everyday postures.
My hands are my main tools, and it is through them that I feel the blockages, that I gently accompany them towards a better well-being, without forcing the body but by guiding it.
Comfortably seated on a suitable table, in a calm and enveloping atmosphere.
Everything is done so that the body relaxes, and the mind can breathe, for the duration of a deeply regenerating session.

CONSULTATION
My background & my practice
I have been a certified Naturopathic Hygienist and Iridologist since 2012, with a deep passion for natural and holistic approaches to health. For over 10 years, I have been supporting people who want to find a balanced life, lasting vitality, and better listening to their bodies.
In 2014, I specialized in aromatherapy, which allowed me to integrate essential oils into my advice and treatments with precision, respect, and effectiveness. I place great importance on the rational use of plants, closely linked to the unique needs of each individual.
In 2023, I enriched my practice with training in osteotherapy (bone setting), a gentle and powerful manual approach which allows me to act more concretely on muscular pain, joint tension, and energy blockages.
